The French street artist known as Lor-K has been transforming abandoned mattresses from Paris sidewalks into a variety of “street food”. The selection below covers just a sample of the pastries, sandwiches, snacks and sushi that has been turning up for weeks. Yum.

I went to take the garbage out and found a pile of books – left there by someone who probably hoped that the books would find a new home.
Well this one did – I took it with me to the summer cottage.

When I write, I have my laptop tray in my lap. When I am not writing… Well, the underside of the tray is padded and when I am done, I put it on the floor upside down. Our Somali cat Rolli loves sleeping on it 🙂 The tray gets a bit hairy, but thankfully someone invented the lint roller…
